Fab Food Feb : Snickerdoodle Cupcakes

I had these for the first time a couple of years ago while hanging out with some friends! (Hey Em!) She gave me the recipe and I started making them anytime I was required to "bring something" to a dinner or other event. I'm not a huge fan of snickerdoodle cookies, so I was skeptical, but they're SO GOOD.

Here's the link to the recipe. And of course, today's kitchen gadget will be my favorite way to top cupcakes. I actually prefer making mini-cupcakes; it's better icing to cake ratio if you ask me. I keep a package of Wilton Pastry bags and the coupling and big star tip to make icing cupcakes mess free and quick! (PS: Found this good post on how to do this!)
